RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1. To request return authorization, which is only possible in the event of a defect in the delivered product, the Customer must send a request to info @ilsognodisiriah.it within 24 hours of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items you intend to return, the defects found, and the desired compensation or refund. Once the return request has been received, Vanna Netti will send the Customer a confirmation via email.
9.2. The only costs you will have to bear are those of returning the purchased products if the return is accepted. The Right of Return - in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 - is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
a) The products must not have been used or damaged;
b) Products customized at the user's request cannot be refunded as they are originally customized products.
9.3. If the Right of Return is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph 9, Vanna Netti will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products.
9.4. The sums will be refunded to you as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which Vanna Netti became aware of the exercise of your right of return, we will activate the refund procedures, once verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above, as indicated in paragraph 9.
9.5. If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph 9, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to Vanna Netti.
10. TIMES AND METHODS OF REFUND
10.1. After returning the products, Vanna Netti will carry out the necessary checks relating to their conformity with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 9. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, Vanna Netti will send you, via e-mail, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the products thus returned.
10.2. Whatever payment method you use, the refund is activated by Vanna Netti as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which Vanna Netti became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products.
10.3. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of return, will be carried out by Vanna Netti, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
10.4. The value date of the credit is the same as the debit; consequently you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
10.5. To return the products, you will be responsible for shipping costs, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the products.
